Jak Rozpocząć Praktykę 

Możesz rozpocząć praktykę bez poprzedniego doświadczenia Jogi. Metodyka jest nastawiona na uzdrawianie i używa specjanych pomocy, aby każdy, bez względu na kondycję fizyczną czy stan zdrowia, mógł bezpiecznie ćwiczyć i w pełni korzystać z zajęć. 

Jeżeli porzebujesz skonsultować swój stan zdrowia możesz wysłać zapytanie pod tym linkiem lub zadzwonić bezpośrednio do istruktorki prowadzącej zajęcia pod numerem 507 787 999.

W trakcie zajęć zdobędziesz zarówno teoretyczną, jak i praktyczną wiedzę na temat bezpiecznego i przyjaznego dla ciała wykonywania pozycji jogi. Ważne jest, aby pamiętać, że nie prowadzimy zajęć dla kobiet w ciąży.

Przyjdź 10 minut przed sesją, aby mieć czas się przebrać i wypełnić formularz uczestnictwa. Ostatni obfity posiłek spożyj min. 3 godziny przed zajęciami, aby praktykować o pustym żołądku. Owoce można jeść do godziny przed zajęciami.

Co Jest Potrzebne na Zajęciach 

Będziesz potrzebować stroju nie krępującego ruchów (np. spodnie dresowe lub legginsy i t-shirt). Nie jest potrzebne obuwie, asany Jogi wykonujemy na boso. 

Przyda się mata do Jogi. Jeżeli nie masz maty, możesz pożyczyć matę od instruktorki. Na sali jest potrzebny sprzęt nie musisz więc przynosić dodatkowych pomocy do ćwiczeń.

Chcąc kontynuować praktykę polecamy nabyć specjalną antypoślizgową matę do Jogi. Można ją zakupić na miejscu.

Prowadzi wykwalifikowana nauczycielka Jogi i Medytacji Beata Steć-Stańczyk z 18-letnim doświadczeniem i 10-letnim stażem nauczania w Himalajskim Centrum Jogi Iyengara w Indiach. Możesz również przeczytać krótka biografię Beaty pod tym linkiem.
