Personal yoga therapy and one-to-one yoga guidance online
Sometimes a group class is not enough.
You may need more individual attention because your body has specific needs, your health situation requires care, or your practice would benefit from personal guidance.
Private sessions give you space to be seen more carefully, ask questions, understand your body and receive guidance adapted to your current condition, energy, rhythm and goals.
At Beata Yoga Harmony, private sessions are offered mainly online, so you can practise from your own home with clarity, continuity and support.
Which private session is right for you?
There are two main pathways: one for therapeutic assessment and self-healing support, and one for regular one-to-one yoga practice.
Yoga Therapy Consultation
For health, recovery, pain, fatigue or difficult symptoms
A Yoga Therapy Consultation is the best place to begin if you are dealing with health issues, pain, fatigue, stress, recovery needs or a condition that requires a more careful and holistic approach.
This may be suitable if you want to support your healing process alongside medical care, physiotherapy, psychotherapy or other professional treatment.
Best for: assessment, therapeutic direction, complementary holistic self-healing support and a personalised starting point.
Private Yoga Sessions
For personal yoga practice, progression and one-to-one guidance
Private Yoga Sessions are best if you want regular one-to-one yoga guidance adapted to your body, level and goals.
A first session can help assess your current condition, clarify your intention and decide whether ongoing sessions or a package would be useful.
Best for: personal yoga practice, health and fitness goals, progression, alignment and ongoing one-to-one support.
The right starting point depends on your present condition, your goal and the kind of support your body and life are asking for now.

The consultation helps you understand how yoga therapy can support you as a complementary pathway alongside appropriate professional care.

Why private online sessions?
Online private sessions can work very well because you practise in the same place where your daily life happens.
Your real space becomes the practice space
You learn how to use your own space, your own wall, your own chair, your own blankets, your own rhythm and your own schedule.
This makes practice more realistic and easier to continue.
Online sessions may be useful if you…
- cannot attend local classes
- have limited time
- prefer to practise from home
- travel often
- need flexibility
- want support without commuting
- want to build a sustainable home practice
What you need
- a safe space
- a stable internet connection
- a yoga mat if you have one
- a chair
- a wall
- a blanket, cushion or belt
In selected cases, in-person sessions in Warsaw or near Warsaw may be possible by individual arrangement, depending on availability and logistics. The main private session pathway remains online.
What private sessions can support
Private sessions are adapted to the purpose of the session and the needs of the person.
- understand your body more clearly
- reduce unnecessary tension and strain
- work with back, neck, shoulder, hip, knee, ankle, wrist or other joint discomfort
- support recovery and energy levels
- build confidence in movement
- adapt yoga to your current condition
- regulate stress through breath and body awareness
- develop a calmer nervous-system rhythm
- create a realistic self-practice
- prepare for meditation
- reconnect with your body in a grounded way
- work towards a specific health or fitness intention
A person recovering from illness needs a different approach from someone wanting to deepen asana practice. A person with chronic fatigue needs a different rhythm from someone wanting to build strength and mobility. Private sessions allow this difference to be respected.
How private sessions connect to the Beata Yoga Harmony path
Private sessions can support any stage of your journey. They can also help you choose the right doorway and practise with more confidence once you enter it.

Beata Steć
Yoga Therapy & Meditation Teacher, Founder of Beata Yoga Harmony
Beata teaches therapeutic, alignment-based yoga, breathwork, relaxation and meditation for people who want to practise with more awareness, safety and depth.
She has over 20 years of experience in yoga and meditation, and taught for over a decade at the Himalayan Iyengar Yoga Centre in India. Her teaching experience includes introductory and advanced 5-day courses, special classes for women, weekend and 3-week intensives, 12-day Yoga & Meditation Silent Retreats, corrections in yoga therapy courses, and co-teaching teacher training courses.
Her approach is rooted in Iyengar Evolution Yoga — a precise, therapeutic and awareness-based method where postures are built from the foundations, the body is aligned with care, and the breath is allowed to move with more freedom.
Beata’s background also includes Yoga Therapy training and certifications from The Yoga Institute in Mumbai, India, anatomy and physiology study, Vipassana meditation, Yoga Nidra, Naad Yoga and Ayurveda lifestyle practice.
For Beata, yoga is not about pushing the body into shapes. It is a path of self-awareness: learning how to listen, align, breathe, release unnecessary effort and return to a more conscious relationship with the body, mind and life.
A careful and responsible approach
Yoga therapy, yoga practice, breathwork, relaxation and meditation can be powerful forms of support.
They may help you understand your body more clearly, reduce unnecessary tension, regulate stress, build a realistic self-practice and become a more active participant in your healing process.
However, yoga is not a replacement for medical diagnosis, medical treatment, physiotherapy, psychotherapy or prescribed care.
If you are recovering from illness, living with a chronic condition, experiencing pain, fatigue, anxiety, injury or other symptoms, yoga can often work best as a complementary support alongside appropriate professional care.
Please seek medical or therapeutic advice if you have acute or severe pain, recent injury or surgery, neurological symptoms, unexplained symptoms, serious physical or mental health concerns, pregnancy, or anything that feels unsafe or unclear.
A mature yoga path includes awareness, patience and discernment. The aim is not to force the body or ignore symptoms.
The aim is to practise in a way that supports healing, resilience, steadiness and quality of life.

Should I choose Yoga Therapy Consultation or Private Yoga Sessions?
Choose a Yoga Therapy Consultation if you are dealing with health issues, recovery, pain, fatigue, stress, difficult symptoms or a chronic condition and want complementary yoga-based support alongside medical care.

Are prices shown on the website?
Prices and rhythm are discussed individually. Private work may begin with one assessment or consultation before deciding whether ongoing sessions or a package are appropriate.
Begin with personal guidance
You do not need to figure everything out alone.
A private session can help you understand where to begin, what to practise, what to avoid and how to build a rhythm that truly supports you.
Start with the body you have now.
The breath you have now.
The life you are actually living.
From there, practice becomes more personal.
And more real.
