One-to-one yoga practice adapted to your body, goals and life
Private Yoga Sessions are for people who want individual guidance in their yoga practice.
You may be a beginner who wants to learn safely from the foundations. You may already practise yoga but want more precise alignment and personal correction. You may have a health or fitness goal you would like to work towards.
You may want a calmer, more therapeutic approach than a general group class, or you may need support building consistency at home.
In private sessions, the practice is adapted to you: your body, your level, your energy, your intention and your current needs.
These sessions are offered mainly online, so you can practise from your own space with clear guidance and personal attention.
Who private yoga sessions are for
Private Yoga Sessions may be suitable if you want personal attention, clear guidance and a practice adapted to your current body and goals.
- want one-to-one yoga guidance
- are new to yoga and want to begin safely
- want to improve alignment and body awareness
- prefer personal attention rather than group instruction
- want to practise from home with structure
- need help adapting postures to your body
- want to develop strength, mobility, flexibility or steadiness
- have a specific health or fitness goal
- feel unsure whether you are practising correctly
- want to prepare for joining group classes
- want to deepen an existing yoga practice
- need a calm and supportive practice rhythm
You do not need to be flexible. You do not need to know the names of the postures. You only need willingness to learn, practise and listen to your body.
Begin with your intention
Private Yoga Sessions can begin with a clear intention. During the first session, we can assess your current condition, clarify your goal and decide what kind of practice plan would be most useful.
Body and posture
- improve posture and body awareness
- feel stronger and more mobile
- reduce everyday stiffness
- support back, neck, shoulder, hip or joint comfort
Practice and skill
- build a home practice
- improve flexibility safely
- learn how to use props
- return to yoga after a break
Rhythm and depth
- prepare for meditation
- create a healthier rhythm in your week
- deepen your practice beyond general classes
- continue with single sessions, a short series or ongoing guidance
The structure is decided individually.
What is the purpose of a private yoga session?
The purpose is to help you practise yoga with more awareness, clarity and confidence.
In a private session, there is more space to notice
- how you stand
- how you sit
- how you breathe
- where you hold tension
- where you overwork
And more space to understand
- where you collapse
- which poses support you
- which poses need modification
- what pace is right for you
- how to build practice step by step
Private yoga gives you more direct guidance and helps you understand your own body better.
What kind of yoga is taught?
The practice is therapeutic, alignment-based and rooted in Iyengar Evolution Yoga.
This means we pay careful attention to how the body is organised in the pose. You learn to practise from the foundations: feet, legs, pelvis, spine, shoulders, neck, head and breath.
Active foundations
- standing poses
- seated poses
- twists
- forward bends
- back bends
- gentle mobility
Support and progression
- inversions where appropriate
- supported postures
- simple strengthening
- alignment correction
- use of props
- restorative practice
Breath and inner practice
- breath awareness
- relaxation
- pranayama
- preparation for seated practice
- meditation
- calm integration
The aim is not to perform advanced shapes. The aim is to learn how to practise intelligently, safely and with inner attention.

Why private online yoga can work well
Online private yoga allows you to practise in the place where your real life happens.
Your home becomes the practice space
This can be very helpful because your home is where you will continue your practice.
You learn how to use your own space, your own wall, your own chair, your own blankets and your own rhythm.
Online sessions are especially suitable if you…
- cannot attend local classes
- travel often
- have limited time
- prefer practising at home
- want regularity without commuting
- need flexibility around your schedule
- want guidance in creating a home practice
Flexible but still personal
You do not need a perfect yoga space. The practice can be adapted to what you have.
In selected cases, an in-person private session in Warsaw or near Warsaw may be possible by individual arrangement, depending on availability and logistics.
What you may experience through private yoga
Results vary from person to person. The value of private yoga grows through consistency, attention and honest adaptation.
- understand your body more clearly
- improve posture awareness
- build strength and mobility gradually
- feel more confident in yoga poses
- learn how to use props and support
- reduce unnecessary strain
- breathe more consciously during practice
- feel calmer after the session
- create a realistic home practice
- prepare for group classes or deeper courses
- develop a more personal relationship with yoga
- move steadily towards your chosen practice goal
What happens during a private yoga session?
Each session is adapted to your needs, but the general flow may include:
1. Short check-in
We begin by noticing how you feel that day: body, energy, stress level, sleep, any discomfort or questions.
2. Guided practice
You are guided through selected postures or practices appropriate for your level and goal.
3. Alignment and adjustment through instruction
Because the session is online, guidance is given through clear verbal instruction and observation. You may be asked to adjust your position, change support or reduce intensity.
4. Breath awareness
You learn to notice how the breath changes in practice and how to use it as a guide.
5. Relaxation or integration
The session may end with relaxation, restorative posture or a short meditative pause.
6. Home practice suggestion
You may receive a simple practice direction or focus to continue between sessions.
How many sessions should you book?
It is often best to begin with one session. This first session can help you understand what kind of practice plan would be useful.
A short series
Useful for learning foundations, correcting basic patterns or building a home practice.
Ongoing support
Useful if you want regular progression, accountability, alignment guidance and personal practice development.
Occasional check-ins
Useful if you already practise independently but want refinement or adjustment from time to time.
Packages and rhythm can be discussed after the first session. Prices are shared individually after enquiry.
What you need for an online private yoga session
The practice can be adapted to what you have, but these simple supports are useful.
- a quiet space
- stable internet connection
- enough room to practise safely
- a yoga mat if you have one
- a chair
- wall space if possible
- a blanket, cushion or pillow
- a belt, scarf or yoga strap if available
- a laptop or tablet if possible
- a camera position where your body can be seen during practice
A laptop or tablet is usually better than a phone because the screen is larger. If possible, place your camera so your body can be seen during practice.
Safety and suitability
Yoga should support your body, not force it.
Please tell me before the session if you have:
- back, neck, shoulder, hip, knee, ankle, wrist or other joint pain
- recent injury, surgery or trauma
- dizziness or balance issues
- high or low blood pressure
- serious medical conditions
- pregnancy
- anything else that may affect your practice
Private Yoga Sessions are not medical treatment, diagnosis, physiotherapy or psychotherapy.
If you have acute or severe symptoms, neurological signs, unexplained pain or a medical condition requiring supervision, please consult an appropriate healthcare professional.
These sessions are also offered for pregnant women.
