Therapeutic, alignment-based yoga classes from your own home
Practise regularly without travelling — with clear guidance, body awareness, breath, support and a realistic rhythm that can become part of daily life.
Online yoga classes allow you to join from your own space, use the support you already have at home, and build a more sustainable practice.
The aim is not to perform advanced shapes. The aim is to learn how to practise intelligently: how to move, breathe, rest, observe and adapt practice to your real body and real life.
Who online classes are for
Online Yoga Classes may be suitable if you want regular guidance without commuting, or if practising from home is the most realistic way to stay consistent.
- you cannot attend local classes
- you live outside Warsaw or Poland
- you travel often
- you have limited time
- you prefer practising from home
- you want regular guidance without commuting
- you want to build a home-practice rhythm
- you are new to yoga and want to begin carefully
- you want to improve posture and body awareness
- you experience stiffness, tension or body aches
- you spend long hours sitting, standing, driving or working at a computer
- you want to support your back, neck, shoulders, hips or joints
- you want breath awareness and relaxation in your week
Online classes can be surprisingly effective because you learn in the same environment where your real practice happens. Your home becomes the ground of the yoga journey.
Why online yoga can work well
Many people think they need a perfect yoga studio to practise properly.
You do not.
Online yoga helps you learn how to use your own space. This is valuable because yoga should not exist only in a studio. It should gradually become part of your life.
When you practise at home, you learn how to return to your body, breath and awareness in the middle of your real schedule.
That is where practice becomes sustainable.
Simple support is enough
- a yoga mat
- a wall
- a chair
- blankets
- a cushion
- a belt, scarf or yoga strap
What kind of yoga is taught?
The practice is therapeutic, alignment-based and rooted in Iyengar Yoga Evolution.
Postures are built carefully from the foundations, with attention to the feet, legs, pelvis, spine, hands, shoulders, neck, head and breath.
Active foundations
- standing poses
- seated poses
- twists
- forward bends
- back bends
Support and adaptation
- supported postures
- simple inversions or preparations where appropriate
- restorative practice
- intelligent effort
Breath and quietening
- breath awareness
- relaxation
- preparation for seated practice
- preparation for meditation
The class may be more active, more restorative or a balance of both, depending on the group, the season and the needs of the students.
The focus is always the same: to practise with awareness, support and intelligent effort.
What you need for an online class
You do not need a perfect setup. We adapt to what is available.

- a quiet space
- enough room to move safely
- a wall nearby if possible
Your connection
- stable internet connection
- a laptop or tablet if possible
- camera placed so your body can be seen clearly
Your support
- a yoga mat if you have one
- a chair
- blankets
- a cushion or pillow
- a belt, scarf or yoga strap if available

For Beata, yoga is not about pushing the body into a shape. It is about learning how to listen, align, breathe, release unnecessary effort and return to yourself through practice.
Frequently Asked Questions
Are online classes suitable for beginners?
Yes. Online classes can be suitable for beginners, especially if you have enough space, a clear camera setup and willingness to follow instructions carefully.
Do I need to be flexible?
No. Flexibility is not required. Yoga practice begins with awareness, not flexibility.
What do I need for online yoga?
A mat, chair, wall, blankets, cushion and belt or scarf can be useful. The practice can be adapted to what you have.
Can I join online if I have back pain or joint pain?
Possibly, depending on your situation. If your pain is acute, severe, unexplained or medically complex, please enquire before joining and seek appropriate medical advice.
Are online classes suitable during pregnancy?
Please enquire before joining. Some practices can be adapted during pregnancy, but suitability depends on your stage of pregnancy, health situation and the class format.
Can Beata correct me online?

Begin practising from home
You do not need a perfect room. You do not need perfect silence. You do not need perfect conditions.
You begin with the space you have.
The body you have.
The breath you have.
The rhythm of life you are actually living.
Online yoga gives you a way to return to practice regularly and deepen its positive effect with passing time — from home.
