A deeper yoga therapy course for holistic self-support, recovery and conscious transformation
Healing is not only something that happens to you. It is also something you learn to participate in.
SELF-HEALING is a deeper yoga therapy course for people who want to understand how to support their body, breath, nervous system, energy, lifestyle, mind state and inner attitude as one connected whole.
It is for people who sense that their wellbeing cannot be separated into isolated parts. The body affects the mind. The breath affects the nervous system. Stress affects pain. Sleep affects recovery. Food affects energy. Daily rhythm affects healing capacity. Inner attitude affects the way you meet life.
SELF-HEALING brings these layers together through therapeutic, alignment-based yoga, breath awareness, relaxation, meditation preparation, self-observation, lifestyle reflection and realistic daily-life practices.
Who SELF-HEALING is for
SELF-HEALING may be suitable if you want to support your healing process in a more active, conscious and whole-person way.
- you want to support your healing process in a more active and conscious way
- you are recovering from illness, stress, burnout or long-term imbalance
- you live with chronic tension, fatigue, pain or low energy
- you want to complement medical care with yoga-based self-practice
- you feel that your body, emotions, thoughts and lifestyle are connected
- you want to understand the deeper causes of stress and body tension
- you need a more complete approach than random exercises or occasional classes
- you want guidance in building realistic self-practice
- you want to adjust your nourishment, rest, rhythm and mind state with care
- you are interested in yoga therapy as a path of self-awareness
- you want to become less passive and more responsible in your own wellbeing
- you feel ready to work gradually, honestly and consistently
You do not need to be advanced in yoga. You do not need to be flexible. You need willingness to observe, practise and make small, realistic changes in your daily life.
The purpose of SELF-HEALING
Many people reach a point where they realise that one isolated solution is not enough.
One technique is rarely the whole answer
A posture alone may not change the whole pattern. A breathing exercise alone may not change a stressful lifestyle. A diet change alone may not calm the nervous system. A medical appointment alone may not teach daily self-care.
SELF-HEALING helps you look at the wider field.
A better question
The question is not:
“What single technique will fix me?”
The better question is:
“How can I create conditions in my daily life that support healing, resilience and inner steadiness?”
This course helps you explore those conditions step by step.
What SELF-HEALING can support
SELF-HEALING may support people who want a deeper yoga-based approach to body, breath, energy, lifestyle and inner awareness.
Body and energy
- chronic body tension
- back, neck, shoulder, hip or joint discomfort
- low energy or fatigue
- stress-related physical symptoms
- loss of connection with the body
Nervous system and emotions
- emotional overload
- anxiety and nervous-system dysregulation
- difficulty resting
- poor sleep rhythm
- burnout patterns
Recovery and daily life
- recovery after illness
- long-term health conditions
- lifestyle imbalance
- lack of routine or self-practice
- feeling passive in the healing process
The course does not diagnose, treat or replace medical care. It helps you understand how yoga therapy, breath, rest, rhythm, nourishment, self-practice and inner awareness can support your wellbeing alongside appropriate professional support.
Becoming an active participant in your healing process
In many health situations, people feel passive. They attend appointments, receive treatment, wait for someone else to tell them what to do and feel frustrated when symptoms return.
Yoga therapy does not replace care
Medical care, physiotherapy, psychotherapy and specialist treatment can be essential.
Yoga therapy does not replace them.
But yoga can help you ask an important question:
“What can I do each day to support my body, mind and healing capacity?”
SELF-HEALING supports active participation through
- simple therapeutic practices
- breath awareness
- conscious rest
- daily rhythm
- practical self-observation
- lifestyle adjustment
- mental attitude
- meditation preparation
- consistency and self-agency
The aim is not to control every outcome. The aim is to participate more consciously in the process.
The four foundations of health and wellbeing
SELF-HEALING includes practical reflection on four foundations that turn yoga therapy into a realistic self-healing path.
Nourishment
How you feed the body, receive energy, support digestion and relate to food with awareness.
This does not mean rigid dieting. It means noticing what supports your energy, clarity, digestion and recovery.
Rest
How you sleep, relax, pause, recover and allow the nervous system to downshift.
Rest is not laziness. It is one of the conditions through which the body repairs, integrates and regenerates.
Rhythm
How your daily routine, work, movement, meals, pauses, screen time and practice shape your energy.
The body often heals better when life has a rhythm it can trust.
Mind state
How stress, fear, emotional habits, inner dialogue and thought patterns influence the body.
This is not about blaming the mind. It is about becoming more aware.
Not a perfect lifestyle. A more conscious one.
What you will learn
During SELF-HEALING, you may learn how to understand yourself more deeply and support your daily life more consciously.
- understand the body as part of a larger healing system
- practise therapeutic yoga with more awareness
- support energy without forcing yourself
- use breath to influence stress and inner steadiness
- rest consciously and allow recovery to happen more deeply
- recognise how thought patterns affect the body
- build short daily practices you can actually repeat
- use micro-practices during work or busy days
- create a healthier daily rhythm
- observe symptoms without panic or denial
- adapt practice to pain, fatigue, stress or low energy
- work with lifestyle gently and realistically
- become more active in your wellbeing
- prepare for meditation and deeper inner practice
The course is practical, educational and reflective. You are not only receiving practices. You are learning how to understand yourself.
What makes SELF-HEALING different?
SELF-HEALING brings the whole person into practice and supports change as a process, not a quick fix.
It brings the whole person into the practice
SELF-HEALING does not treat the body as separate from the mind, breath, energy, habits and life rhythm.
It is not a quick fix
Deep change usually needs repetition, correction, attention and patience. The course helps you build a process you can return to.
It is not passive wellness
This course does not ask you simply to consume information. It asks you to practise, observe, reflect and participate.
It is grounded and traditional
SELF-HEALING speaks to stress, pain, fatigue and real life while preserving yoga as a path of self-awareness and transformation.
The aim is not only to feel better. The aim is to become more conscious.
How the practice works
SELF-HEALING combines several layers of support.
Therapeutic yoga practice
Alignment-based postures and supported variations help you understand the body and practise safely.
Breath awareness
You learn how breath reflects stress, effort, emotional state and nervous-system load.
Relaxation and Yoga Nidra
Conscious rest helps the body integrate practice, release tension and regenerate.
Meditation preparation
You learn how to prepare the body and breath for sitting, focus and inward observation.
Lifestyle reflection
You explore nourishment, rest, rhythm and mind state without rigid rules or perfectionism.
Self-observation
You learn to observe patterns in your body, energy, emotions, thoughts and habits.
Home practice
You build realistic routines, micro-practices and simple practices that can be repeated consistently.

A hybrid online course for real life
SELF-HEALING can work well as a hybrid online course because this format gives structure without asking you to leave your life behind.
Structure and support
- pre-recorded lessons allow you to learn at your own pace
- guided practices help you return to the body
- live Q&A sessions give support, clarification and accountability
- home practice helps you integrate what you learn
It respects real life
You may be working. You may be caring for family. You may be recovering. You may have limited energy. You may need repetition.
Yoga becomes part of your life. Not an escape from it.
SELF-HEALING and medical care
SELF-HEALING is complementary support. It does not replace medical diagnosis, treatment, physiotherapy, psychotherapy, medication, surgery or professional care.
It supports the conditions for healing through
- gentle movement
- breath awareness
- rest
- relaxation
- self-observation
And through daily-life support
- energy management
- daily rhythm
- mental attitude
- lifestyle support
- realistic self-practice
If you are receiving medical care, the course can help you participate more actively in your own wellbeing. You continue to follow appropriate professional advice. You also learn what you can do daily to support yourself.
SELF-HEALING and energy
Many people come to yoga not only because of pain or stress, but because their energy feels low.
Energy may be influenced by
- movement
- breath
- rest
- food
- sleep
And also by
- routine
- stress
- emotional load
- thought patterns
- connection with purpose
The aim is not to push yourself into artificial positivity. The aim is to support the natural regenerative capacity of the body and mind.
SELF-HEALING and emotional patterns
The body often carries emotional history. SELF-HEALING does not replace psychotherapy, but it can help you observe emotional patterns through the body, breath and practice.
You may begin to notice
- where you hold yourself
- how you breathe under stress
- how thoughts affect posture
- how fear changes movement
And also
- how rest brings emotions closer to awareness
- how relaxation can soften defensive patterns
- how practice can help you meet yourself more honestly
This is not about analysing everything. It is about becoming more aware. Awareness is the beginning of change.
How SELF-HEALING connects to the wider pathway
SELF-HEALING is the central bridge. It gathers the physical, nervous-system, lifestyle and inner dimensions of practice into one pathway.
SELF-HEALING includes RELIEF
Because the body needs support, alignment, movement and relief from unnecessary tension.
Explore RELIEFSELF-HEALING includes CALM / FOCUS
Because the breath, nervous system, rest and attention are essential for healing.
Explore CALM / FOCUSSELF-HEALING prepares ASCEND
Because deeper spiritual practice becomes more grounded when the body, rhythm, energy and mind are understood.
Explore ASCENDSELF-HEALING is where yoga therapy becomes a conscious life practice.
This course may be right for you if…

This course may not be the right first step if…
SELF-HEALING may not be the right starting point if you need urgent, individual, medical, psychological or trauma-informed support first.
- acute or severe symptoms requiring urgent care
- severe pain that has not been medically assessed
- recent surgery or injury requiring specialist rehabilitation
- serious mental health concerns requiring immediate professional support
- trauma symptoms that make group inward practice unsafe
- unstable medical conditions
- difficulty participating safely in online or group practice
In these situations, a Yoga Therapy Consultation, medical care, physiotherapy, psychotherapy or individual support may be a better first step.
A careful and responsible approach
SELF-HEALING is a yoga-based educational and practice course.
It can support body awareness, breath, relaxation, self-practice, lifestyle reflection, stress regulation and wellbeing.
It is not medical diagnosis, medical treatment, psychotherapy, psychiatric care, physiotherapy or prescribed rehabilitation.
If you are recovering from illness, living with a chronic condition, experiencing acute or severe pain, pregnancy, serious fatigue, mental health concerns or symptoms that feel unsafe or unclear, please seek appropriate professional advice and enquire before joining.
The aim is not to reject conventional care. The aim is to complement appropriate care with conscious self-support.
A mature healing path includes responsibility, patience and discernment.
