A six-day retreat for deep yoga practice, self-study and inner renewal
Step away from ordinary rhythm and give yourself six days devoted to yoga, breath, relaxation, meditation preparation and self-practice.
The 6-Day Yoga Immersion in Frohnsdorf, Germany is a retreat-style course with Beata Steć for people who want to deepen their yoga practice, understand the foundations more clearly and experience yoga as a complete path — not only physical exercise.
During this immersion, you practise alignment-based asana, breath awareness, pranayama, relaxation, meditation, yoga philosophy and practical self-practice.
The course brings together the practical and philosophical dimensions of yoga.
You learn through the body. You refine attention through the breath. You observe the mind through practice. You begin to understand how yoga can support self-development, healing and inner steadiness.
Course overview
This six-day immersion is designed as a retreat.
A retreat rhythm
The days are centred around practice, rest, study and integration.
The rhythm of the course allows you to enter yoga more fully than is usually possible in daily life.
Iyengar Evolution Yoga
The teaching is rooted in Iyengar Evolution Yoga as taught by Sharat Arora — a precise, therapeutic and awareness-based method where postures are built from the foundations and the body is aligned with care.
Essential practice for modern life
The aim is not to collect many complicated techniques.
The aim is to understand the essential practices that are most useful for modern life — and learn how to practise them with awareness.
The course brings together corrective practice, energising practice, relaxation, breath awareness, meditation preparation and self-practice guidance.
Three qualities of practice
The course explores three important qualities of practice.
Corrective practice
Postures and methods that help you understand alignment, posture, body habits, unnecessary tension and compensation.
Rejuvenating and energising practice
Practices that help regenerate the body, recharge vitality, improve nervous-system steadiness and bring more clarity into the body and mind.
Relaxing and meditative practice
Supported postures, breath awareness, relaxation and quieter practices that help the nervous system settle and attention turn inward.
