6-Day Yoga Immersion

6-Day Yoga Immersion with Beata

A deeper retreat rhythm for yoga practice, self-study and inner renewal

A 6-day Yoga Immersion gives you time to step fully into practice.

For several days, yoga becomes the main rhythm of life.

You practise daily. You observe the body more carefully. You refine alignment. You breathe more consciously. You rest more deeply. You begin to understand how posture, breath, attention and inner attitude work together.

This is not a holiday with a little yoga added.

It is a focused retreat-style immersion rooted in Iyengar Evolution Yoga — a precise, therapeutic and awareness-based method where postures are built from the foundations and the body is aligned with care.

The 6-day format gives enough time for practice to become more than instruction.

It becomes experience.

6-Day Yoga Immersion in Frohnsdorf, Germany

This retreat is for people who want to step away from daily rhythm and give several days to yoga practice, breath awareness, relaxation, meditation preparation, self-practice and yogic reflection.

What is a 6-Day Yoga Immersion?

A 6-day Yoga Immersion is a retreat-style course where the whole structure supports practice.

More time to practise

Instead of attending one class and returning immediately to daily responsibilities, you remain in a rhythm of practice, rest and observation.

This allows the body and mind to learn differently.

More time to understand

  • more time to repeat
  • more time to refine
  • more time to rest
  • more time to notice what usually remains hidden
  • more time to build confidence in self-practice

Immersive, not aggressive

The word “intensive” may also be used for this format.

But intensive does not mean aggressive.

It means immersive. It means that practice receives your full attention.

A weekend can bring renewal. Six days can create transformation.

Who the 6-Day Yoga Immersion is for

This immersion may be suitable if you want several days fully dedicated to practice and self-study.

  • want to deepen your yoga practice beyond weekly classes
  • want several days fully dedicated to practice and self-study
  • are interested in therapeutic, alignment-based yoga
  • want to understand asana more precisely
  • want to develop breath awareness and pranayama practice
  • need time away from daily busyness and overstimulation
  • want to reconnect with your body, energy and inner rhythm
  • want guidance for self-practice
  • are interested in yoga as a path of transformation, not only exercise
  • want to build a stronger foundation for meditation
  • feel ready for a more serious but supportive retreat experience

The immersion is suitable for beginners as well as experienced practitioners. You do not need to be flexible. You do not need to perform advanced postures.

Beginners receive foundations. Experienced students receive refinement, depth and renewed discipline. What matters is sincerity, attention and willingness to practise.

What kind of yoga is taught?

The practice is rooted in Iyengar Evolution Yoga.

Asana foundations

  • standing poses
  • seated poses
  • twists
  • forward bends
  • back bends
  • inversions

Therapeutic and restorative work

  • energising and rejuvenating postures
  • relaxing and meditative postures

Breath and inner practice

  • preparation for seated practice and meditation

The aim is not to collect difficult postures. The aim is to understand how to practise with intelligence, precision and inner attention.

Why six days?

When you practise over several consecutive days, something deeper becomes possible.

The body begins to remember

The body begins to understand the rhythm of practice, repetition, support and release.

The breath becomes more available.

The nervous system has time

The nervous system has more time to settle. The mind begins to show its habits more clearly.

Practice becomes experience

The 6-day format gives more space for integration.

Practice does not remain only something you do. It becomes something you begin to understand from within.

You may begin to notice

  • where you habitually use too much effort
  • where the body collapses or avoids work
  • how the breath changes in different postures
  • what kind of practice gives energy
  • what kind of practice calms you

And also

  • where you need support
  • how relaxation changes the effect of asana
  • how practice affects your mind and emotions
  • what is needed for a sustainable self-practice

Corrective, energising and meditative practice

A complete yoga practice includes different qualities. In a 6-day immersion, these qualities can be explored with more depth and continuity.

Corrective practice

Corrective practice helps you understand alignment, posture habits, unnecessary tension, compensation and imbalance.

It supports clearer body awareness and safer movement.

Energising and rejuvenating practice

Energising and rejuvenating practice helps regenerate the body, recharge vitality and bring steadiness into the nervous system.

This can be especially valuable if you feel tired, heavy, dull, depleted or disconnected from your energy.

Relaxing and meditative practice

Relaxing and meditative practice helps the nervous system settle and attention turn inward.

Supported postures, breath awareness, relaxation and quieter practice prepare the body and mind for seated practice and meditation.

Self-practice as the deeper aim

One of the main aims of the 6-Day Yoga Immersion is to help you become more confident in your own practice.

You do not come only to follow instructions

You come to learn how to practise.

A retreat is temporary. Self-practice continues.

This is where yoga begins to become part of life.

This includes understanding

  • what your body needs
  • which postures support you
  • how to use props
  • how to practise safely
  • how to balance effort and rest
  • how to adapt practice to energy, pain or fatigue
  • how to adjust practice to the time of day and seasonal conditions
  • how to repeat simple practices consistently
  • how to build a rhythm that is realistic

You do not come only to follow instructions. You come to learn how to practise.
