A focused weekend of alignment-based yoga, philosophy, meditation and deep relaxation
A weekend can be enough to pause, practise deeply and return to yourself.
The Weekend Yoga Immersion in Wytwórnia Ciszy, Brzozówka is a concentrated retreat-style course with Beata Steć for people who want to deepen their yoga practice without stepping away from daily life for a full week.
During the weekend, you enter a focused rhythm of yoga asana, breath awareness, relaxation, meditation, yoga philosophy and practical guidance for self-practice.
This is not a casual yoga weekend.
It is an immersion into the essence of yoga — both practical and philosophical — in a format that is accessible, grounded and deeply experiential.
You practise the body. You observe the breath. You listen inward. You learn how yoga can support physical alignment, mental steadiness and a more conscious relationship with yourself.
Course overview
The Weekend Yoga Immersion is a shorter version of the deeper Yoga Immersion pathway.
A focused period of practice

Rooted in Iyengar Evolution Yoga

The focus is on understanding the foundations of practice.
Practical and inward

Why join a weekend immersion?
A regular class gives you continuity. A weekend immersion gives you depth.
In the weekend, you have more time to…
- enter practice without rushing
- observe your body more clearly
- refine alignment
- feel the effects of repeated practice
- ask questions
And more time to…
- understand the method
- experience relaxation and meditation more deeply
- reconnect with motivation for self-practice
- notice things that are harder to see during ordinary weekly practice
When practice becomes the centre of the weekend, the body and mind can shift into a different rhythm.
The practice approach
The Weekend Yoga Immersion includes different qualities of practice.
Corrective practice
Working with posture, alignment and body habits so you can understand where the body needs more support, clarity or space.
Rejuvenating and energising practice
Using asana and breath awareness to regenerate the body, recharge vitality and find nervous-system steadiness.
Relaxing and meditative practice
Using supported postures, relaxation and meditation to calm the nervous system and the senses, turn attention inward and find presence on the awareness level.
This balance helps yoga become complete. Not only active. Not only relaxing. Not only philosophical. But practical, embodied and inwardly meaningful.
