Weekend Yoga Immersion

Weekend Yoga Immersion with Beata

A focused weekend of alignment-based yoga, philosophy, meditation and deep relaxation

A weekend can be enough to change your rhythm.

Not by escaping life, but by stepping into practice with more attention than daily life usually allows.

The Weekend Yoga Immersion is a focused retreat-style course for people who want to deepen their yoga practice without committing to a full week.

It combines alignment-based yoga, breath awareness, yoga philosophy, meditation, relaxation and practical inspiration for self-practice.

This is not a casual yoga weekend. It is a concentrated immersion into yoga as both a practical and philosophical path.

You practise the body. You observe the breath. You refine attention. You learn how yoga can support physical alignment, nervous-system steadiness and a more conscious relationship with yourself.

Current Weekend Yoga Immersion

The current weekend format takes place in Wytwórnia Ciszy, Brzozówka, Poland.

Weekend Yoga Immersion in Wytwórnia Ciszy

This weekend is designed for people who want a shorter but meaningful retreat experience: focused yoga practice, philosophy, meditation, relaxation and self-practice guidance.

What is a Weekend Yoga Immersion?

A Weekend Yoga Immersion is a concentrated retreat-style yoga course.

It is shorter than the 6-day format, but deeper than a regular class or ordinary workshop.

Practice more fully

The weekend gives time to enter practice without rushing and to feel the effect of repeated practice.

Refine alignment

You learn to understand the method more clearly and practise with more attention to the foundations.

Explore inner practice

The weekend may include yoga philosophy, meditation, AUM mantra chanting and breath awareness.

Reconnect with self-practice

You ask questions, rest through guided relaxation and return home with clearer inspiration for practice.

The weekend format is accessible and still serious. It invites you to give your attention to practice for two days, so the body and mind can enter a different rhythm.

Who the Weekend Yoga Immersion is for

This weekend may be suitable if you want a focused weekend of practice and reflection.

  • want to deepen your yoga practice
  • want a focused weekend of practice and reflection
  • are looking for something deeper than a regular class

  • are interested in meditation and yoga philosophy
  • want guidance for self-practice
  • feel drawn to yoga as a path of awareness, not only physical exercise

The weekend is suitable for beginners as well as experienced practitioners. You do not need to be advanced. You do not need to be flexible.

You need willingness to practise attentively, listen carefully and respect the rhythm of the weekend.

What kind of yoga is taught?

The practice is therapeutic, alignment-based and rooted in Iyengar Evolution Yoga.

Postures are built from the foundations so you can understand the relationship between the feet, legs, pelvis, spine, hands, shoulders, neck, head and breath.

Asana foundations

  • standing poses
  • seated poses
  • twists
  • forward bends
  • back bends
  • inversions

Support and refinement

  • supported postures
  • restorative practice
  • corrective postures
  • energising and rejuvenating postures
  • relaxing and meditative postures

Breath and inner practice

  • breath awareness
  • pranayama practice
  • preparation for seated practice and meditation
  • guided relaxation
  • self-practice guidance

The aim is not to force intensity. The aim is to practise with awareness, clarity and precision.

Why join a weekend immersion?

A regular class gives you continuity. A weekend immersion gives you depth in a short period of time.

In one weekend, you have more time to…

  • enter practice without rushing
  • observe your body more clearly
  • refine alignment
  • feel the effects of repeated practice
  • ask questions

And more time to…

  • understand the method
  • experience relaxation and meditation more deeply
  • reconnect with motivation for self-practice
  • notice things that are harder to see during ordinary weekly practice

When practice becomes the centre of the weekend, the body and mind begin to shift into a different quality of attention.

Saturday and Sunday rhythm

The specific schedule is listed on each current location page. The Weekend Yoga Immersion follows a clear two-day rhythm of yoga practice, philosophy, meditation and relaxation.

Saturday

The first day focuses on arriving into the body, awakening awareness and beginning the deeper work of alignment.

  • alignment-based yoga practice
  • standing poses
  • twists
  • forward bends
  • rejuvenating or restorative relaxation practices
  • yoga philosophy
  • meditation
  • AUM mantra chanting

Sunday

The second day continues and deepens the work. Sunday supports integration, understanding and return.

  • alignment-based yoga practice
  • back bends
  • standing poses
  • inversions or supported inverted work where appropriate
  • calming relaxation practices
  • yoga philosophy and Q&A
  • self-practice guidance
  • deep guided yogic relaxation

You leave not only with an experience, but with clearer inspiration for how to continue.

Yoga philosophy, meditation and mantra

The Weekend Yoga Immersion includes more than physical practice.

Yoga philosophy

Yoga philosophy helps you understand why practice matters.

The aim is not to create a complicated intellectual system, but to connect practice with daily life.

Meditation

Meditation helps turn attention inward.

It is introduced through body, breath, posture, concentration and quiet observation.

AUM mantra chanting

AUM mantra chanting helps gather the mind and close practice with steadiness.

The practice becomes more meaningful and complete.

What you may learn

The weekend is both informative and experiential. You are not only learning ideas. You are learning through direct practice.

  • how to practise yoga postures with more alignment and awareness
  • how to use the foundations of the body more intelligently
  • how posture affects breath, energy and attention
  • how to practise with effort without unnecessary strain
  • how to work with standing poses, twists, forward bends, back bends, inversions and relaxation
  • how yoga philosophy supports daily life
  • how meditation begins through body, breath and concentration
  • how to prepare the body for sitting and inner stillness
  • how to approach self-practice at home
  • how to practise in a way that supports body and mind together

What you may experience

Every person experiences practice differently. The aim is not to force dramatic transformation. The aim is to create the conditions for sincere practice and integration.

Body and posture

  • more body awareness
  • better understanding of posture and alignment
  • release of physical tension
  • deeper breathing

Attention and inner rhythm

  • calmer attention
  • greater sensitivity in practice
  • inner steadiness
  • a sense of renewal

Practice inspiration

  • inspiration for regular self-practice
  • more understanding of yoga philosophy
  • deeper relaxation
  • clearer motivation to continue
