Yoga & Physiotherapy Regeneration

Yoga & Physiotherapy with Beata Steć & Jacek Fronc

Therapeutic yoga, physiotherapy, manual therapy and individual guidance for practice at home

The body often needs more than one kind of support.

Yoga helps you feel the body from within. Physiotherapy helps you understand structure, function and movement patterns more clearly. Manual therapy can support the body through direct hands-on work. Breath, relaxation and regular practice help the nervous system settle and the body integrate change.

Yoga & Physiotherapy Regeneration brings these approaches together.

It is a therapeutic programme combining group yoga therapy classes with Beata Steć and private physiotherapy / manual therapy sessions with Jacek Fronc.

The aim is to help you understand your body more clearly, receive individual physiotherapy / manual therapy attention, practise therapeutic yoga in a structured way, and leave with a clearer direction for what to continue at home.

What is Yoga & Physiotherapy Regeneration?

Yoga & Physiotherapy Regeneration is a theme-based therapeutic programme combining two complementary forms of support.

Group yoga therapy classes with Beata

Beata teaches therapeutic, alignment-based yoga rooted in Iyengar Evolution Yoga.

The group classes help you explore posture, alignment, breath, movement, support, relaxation and body awareness.

The practice is not about performing advanced postures. It is about learning how to move, stand, breathe, rest and practise more intelligently.

Private physiotherapy / manual therapy with Jacek

Jacek Fronc offers private physiotherapy / manual therapy sessions to participants.

These sessions give each person individual attention, so they can better understand their own body pattern, receive practical guidance and clarify what kind of work may be useful after the programme.

Individual guidance for practice at home

One of the main aims is to help you understand what to continue after the event.

You may receive guidance for yoga-based practice, physiotherapy exercises, simple movement awareness, body-use habits or daily-life adjustments.

The purpose is not only to feel better during the programme. The purpose is to leave with a clearer direction for continuing the work at home.

Current format

The current format is a Yoga & Physiotherapy Regeneration Weekend.

The weekend may include

  • therapeutic group yoga classes with Beata
  • private physiotherapy / manual therapy sessions with Jacek
  • practical explanation and body education
  • shared questions and group learning
  • individual guidance for practice at home
  • relaxation and integration

Evergreen parent programme

In the future, longer formats may also be offered, such as a 6-day Yoga & Physiotherapy Regeneration programme.

This is why the parent name is evergreen: Yoga & Physiotherapy Regeneration.

The intention remains the same

The format can change.

The intention remains the same: to support body awareness, regeneration, movement comfort and long-term practice.

Who this programme is for

Yoga & Physiotherapy Regeneration may be suitable if you want practical support for understanding your body and continuing wisely at home.

  • experience recurring body tension, aches or joint discomfort
  • have back, neck, shoulder, hip, knee, ankle or foot issues
  • want to understand your posture and movement patterns more clearly
  • feel unsure which exercises or yoga practices are right for you
  • want individual physiotherapy / manual therapy guidance
  • want therapeutic yoga classes adapted around a specific body theme
  • need a clearer direction for practice at home
  • want to learn how to continue safely between sessions or future programmes
  • spend long hours sitting, standing, driving or working at a computer
  • want a practical bridge between yoga therapy and physiotherapy
  • are willing to take responsibility for long-term improvement

You do not need advanced yoga experience. You do not need to be flexible. The programme is suitable for beginners as well as people who already practise yoga, provided the group format is appropriate for your condition.

Why “regeneration”?

Many people who experience pain, stiffness, tension or fatigue do not want something intense. They need support, clarity and time to understand the body.

Regeneration is not a promise of healing

It means creating better conditions for the body and nervous system to recover, adapt and function with more ease.

It reflects the need for support rather than force.

It may include

  • better movement awareness
  • more intelligent alignment
  • clearer posture habits
  • reduction of unnecessary tension
  • improved confidence in movement

And also

  • support for joint comfort
  • nervous-system settling
  • relaxation and integration
  • practical guidance for continuing at home
  • repetition, correction, rest and regular practice

Regeneration is not passive. It requires awareness, repetition, correction, rest and regular practice.

Why combine yoga and physiotherapy?

Yoga and physiotherapy look at the body from different angles.

Physiotherapy

Physiotherapy can help you understand function, structure, movement, load, compensation and specific physical patterns.

Manual therapy

Manual therapy can support the body through direct hands-on work.

Yoga therapy

Yoga therapy helps you experience those patterns from within through posture, breath, attention, support, relaxation and self-practice.

Together, they can help you explore what your body is doing unconsciously, which movements support you, which habits may aggravate the problem, and what to continue after the programme.

Many body patterns do not change in one weekend. But one well-structured weekend can give you clearer understanding, individual attention, motivation and a practical direction.

The deeper purpose of this work

Many people receive exercises from a physiotherapist or teacher, but later they are not sure whether they are doing them correctly.

The common gap

  • they forget details
  • they lose motivation
  • they do too much or too little
  • they compensate without realising
  • they stop when life becomes busy

This programme helps you understand

  • why you are doing it
  • how to do it more accurately
  • what to notice in your body
  • what to continue at home
  • how to practise without forcing
  • how to work gradually over time

Physiotherapy gives individual attention and understanding. Yoga gives a structured field for repeated practice and self-awareness. The group gives shared learning and motivation. Home practice gives continuity.

Theme-based editions

Yoga & Physiotherapy Regeneration can be offered in different theme-based editions. This allows people with similar concerns to learn together and receive guidance around a shared focus.

Whole-Body Movement & Posture

A broader edition for people who want general body awareness, posture education, movement improvement and a clearer understanding of how the whole body works together.

This may be a good first step if your symptoms are not limited to one area.

Explore Whole-Body Movement & Posture

Lower Back & Spine

For people who experience lower back tension, spinal stiffness, sitting-related discomfort, pelvic imbalance or recurring back issues.

The focus is on the spine, pelvis, posture, breath, movement habits and practice at home for spinal support.

Explore Lower Back & Spine

Neck, Shoulders & Upper Back

For people who experience neck tension, shoulder discomfort, upper back stiffness, arm tension, desk posture or stress-related holding patterns.

The focus is on the neck, shoulders, upper back, arms, breath and daily habits.

Explore Neck, Shoulders & Upper Back

Hips, Knees, Ankles & Feet

For people with lower-body tension, hip restriction, knee discomfort, ankle or foot issues, standing habits, walking patterns or balance concerns.

The focus is on how the feet, ankles, knees, hips and pelvis influence each other.

Explore Hips, Knees, Ankles & Feet

Each edition gives a clear theme, but the whole body is always considered.

The body works as one system

A knee problem may involve the hips and feet. A neck problem may involve the shoulders, spine and breath. A lower back problem may involve the pelvis, legs and stress patterns.

Patterns are connected

A foot pattern may influence balance, knees, hips and posture.

The body works as one system.

The aim is clearer understanding

Yoga & Physiotherapy Regeneration helps you understand this system more clearly, rather than treating each part as isolated.

What you may learn

During the programme, you may learn how to understand, support and continue working with your body more intelligently.

  • how to understand your body pattern more clearly
  • how posture and movement habits influence pain or tension
  • how to practise yoga safely around your current condition
  • how to use support and props intelligently
  • how to recognise compensation patterns
  • how breath and stress affect physical tension
  • how to continue with practice at home after the programme
  • how physiotherapy exercises can be integrated into yoga-based practice
  • how to ask better questions about your own body
  • how long-term change often requires repetition, correction and patience

The goal is not to promise a quick fix. The goal is to give you understanding, support and a practical direction.

What may be included

The exact details of each edition will be listed on the current event page, but the core format may include:

Therapeutic group yoga classes with Beata

These classes are designed around the theme of the programme.

They may include alignment-based yoga, therapeutic variations, supported postures, breath awareness, relaxation and simple practice elements to continue at home.

Private physiotherapy / manual therapy with Jacek

Each participant receives individual physiotherapy / manual therapy attention with Jacek Fronc.

This gives space to look more specifically at your body, movement pattern, discomfort or personal question.

Guidance for practice at home

You receive guidance on what to continue after the programme.

This may include yoga-based practice, physiotherapy exercises, simple movement awareness or daily-life adjustments.

Group questions and discussion

The programme includes space for questions, explanation and shared learning.

One person’s question often helps the whole group understand the body better.

Relaxation and integration

The body needs time to absorb new information.

Relaxation, breath awareness and quieter practice help the nervous system settle and integrate the work.

A focused but respectful rhythm

The rhythm is focused, but not aggressive.

The intention is to work deeply while respecting the body’s capacity.

Possible weekend rhythm

The exact timing will be added for each specific edition, but the weekend format may include:

Saturday

  • opening and introduction to the theme
  • therapeutic yoga class with Beata
  • private physiotherapy / manual therapy sessions with Jacek
  • group explanation, questions or shared learning
  • relaxation and integration

Sunday

  • therapeutic yoga class continuing the theme
  • private physiotherapy / manual therapy sessions with Jacek
  • practical guidance for practice at home
  • closing discussion and next steps
  • relaxation or restorative practice

The rhythm is focused, but not aggressive. The intention is to work deeply while respecting the body’s capacity.

Why this is not a one-time “fix”

Many structural and movement patterns develop over years. A weekend can give clarity, direction and motivation, but lasting change usually needs continuity.

Patterns may be shaped by

  • posture habits
  • work position
  • old injuries
  • repetitive movement
  • lack of movement

And also by

  • stress
  • compensation
  • weakness
  • stiffness
  • breathing patterns
  • fear of movement
  • poor recovery

Long-term change may need

  • rhythm
  • repetition
  • correction
  • adjustment
  • practice at home
  • follow-up

The aim is not dependency. The aim is progressive understanding, follow-up and real change over time.

Begin with understanding your body

The body often carries the history of daily life.

How you sit.
How you stand.
How you breathe.
How you move.
How you hold stress.
How you compensate.
How you recover.

Yoga & Physiotherapy Regeneration gives you time to look more carefully — through yoga therapy, physiotherapy / manual therapy, movement, breath and rest.

Not to force the body.

But to understand it better.

And from that understanding, to practise more wisely.
